1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the tk2666 website (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tk2666 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the tk2666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of tk2666 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the tk2666 Platform or any related gaming service.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. The provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

tk2666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

All financial transactions on the tk2666 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by tk2666, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods may be subject to change without notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the tk2666 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically and operationally possible.
• tk2666 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by tk2666 and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the account management section of the Platform.
• tk2666 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which tk2666 accepts no responsibility.
• Any funds deposited into your account that cannot be attributed to a legitimate funding source may be confiscated, and the account may be reported to relevant authorities.

tk2666 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonus and promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and may only be used on eligible games or markets as specified in the promotional terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be used first in all wagers unless the Platform specifies otherwise.

• Systematic abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and potentially the closure of the account involved.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches to gain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, security, or data systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in any conduct that may damage the reputation or operations of tk2666 or its affiliates.

Violations of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk2666 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, game content, and page layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk2666 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.

The tk2666 brand name, logo, and domain are protected identifiers. Unauthorised use of these identifiers in any medium, including social media, digital advertising, or printed materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk2666 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

tk2666 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services, for which tk2666 accepts no liability.

Where tk2666's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

Your use of the tk2666 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
